Contracting Party
These Terms of Service govern the WoolenPet website and each accepted custom commission. The contracting seller is AI Cube, LLC d/b/a WoolenPet, a Delaware limited liability company ("WoolenPet," "we," "us," or "our").

Acceptance And Eligibility
By using the site, creating an account, uploading content, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies presented at checkout. You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and use the site only for lawful purposes. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
Our Service And Product Safety
WoolenPet creates custom wool felt portraits, miniatures, wall pieces, and keepsakes from customer-provided pet photos and commission notes. Each piece is handmade. Reasonable variations in fiber texture, expression, scale, color interpretation, and pose are expected, but this does not excuse a material failure to conform to the accepted commission.
WoolenPet pieces are offered as decorative collectibles for adult display, not as toys, children's products, or products for pet play. Product classification depends on the actual design, components, packaging, promotion, and reasonably foreseeable use; a label alone does not determine classification. Any product intended for children will be separately identified and offered only after applicable safety requirements are satisfied. Follow all product-specific care and safety notices and keep delicate pieces away from children and pets.
Order And Contract Formation
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase the quoted commission. Payment authorization or receipt alone is not our acceptance. We accept an order by sending a written Order Acceptance through the account or email. We may decline an order because of capacity, unsuitable references, safety, prohibited content, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfill the requested work. If we decline after capturing payment, we will initiate a full refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.
The accepted order records the product, pet count, options, price, tax, shipping charge, currency, promised production basis, and the checkout, cancellation, and warranty version identifiers included in the exact quote. The other policies and disclosures shown and linked immediately before acceptance also govern the order. We record the acceptance time and quote evidence and will not apply a later policy change retroactively unless both parties expressly agree to a written amendment or applicable law requires otherwise.
Commission Workflow And Ship-By Date
The normal workflow is:
- Choose a product and provide pet and order details.
- Make the one-time full payment shown at checkout.
- Upload clear, usable reference photos.
- Respond to any reasonable request for additional references.
- Receive a Reference Complete / Work Start Notice with the promised ship-by date.
- Review any preview and submit permitted, in-scope feedback.
- Give express Final Approval before shipment.
- Receive shipment tracking and care guidance.
The production clock begins only after we have cleared payment and all information reasonably needed to make and ship the commission. If references are incomplete, we will identify what is missing. Once the order is complete, we will state a ship-by date for which we have a reasonable fulfillment basis. If we cannot ship by that date, the Shipping Policy applies: we will request the customer's express consent to a revised date or offer cancellation for a prompt full refund. Silence is not consent to a delay or Final Approval.
Prices And Payment
New orders require one full payment at checkout. A WoolenPet purchase does not include a subscription, automatic renewal, membership fee, or recurring charge. We will not charge a later amount unless the customer expressly accepts a separate amendment or new purchase.
The final checkout total must show the product price, selected options, discounts, shipping, tax, and currency before payment. Full card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by WoolenPet. Historical orders may display a legacy correction, but we do not convert a new order into an undisclosed deposit or installment plan.
Customer Content And Photo Permission
You keep your rights in pet photos and personal commission notes. You represent that you have authority to submit them and that their use for the order does not violate another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, dangerous, or unnecessarily sensitive content.
You grant WoolenPet a limited license to privately use, reproduce, crop, and adapt submitted content only as reasonably necessary to quote, create, review, deliver, support, document, and protect the requested commission. Gallery, advertising, social-media use, and AI model training require a separate, unbundled opt-in under the Privacy Policy and are not conditions of purchase.
Preview, Revisions, And Final Approval
A preview lets you assess whether the work materially follows the accepted product, pet count, references, and commission notes. Permitted revisions depend on the original scope and what is practical for wool felt work. A request that changes the product, pet count, pose, size, or source concept may require a separate written quote and express payment approval.
Final Approval must be an affirmative account action or written confirmation. We do not treat silence as approval. Approval does not waive claims for concealed damage, shipment loss, a material nonconformity not reasonably visible in the preview, warranty coverage, or any right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Cancellations, Returns, Shipping, And Warranty
The Refund Policy states the stage-based cancellation caps and preserves remedies for seller delay, damage, wrong goods, and material nonconformity. The Shipping Policy states the promised-date, delay-consent, transit-reporting, and RMA procedures. The 90-Day Limited Workmanship Warranty is available before purchase and provides additional written workmanship protection. These policies supplement rather than replace nonwaivable consumer rights.
Accounts, Fraud, And Payment Disputes
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. We may proportionately restrict an account or pause uncompleted fulfillment to investigate fraud, abuse, a security threat, or a material policy violation.
Nothing in these Terms requires you to contact WoolenPet before disputing an unauthorized, undelivered, rejected, defective, or incorrectly billed charge where doing so could affect a legal or card-issuer deadline. We do not treat a good-faith payment dispute or regulator complaint as abuse. We may challenge a dispute with accurate order records and may act against documented fraud or repeated bad-faith misuse.
WoolenPet Materials
WoolenPet retains its rights in its pre-existing studio methods, templates, website, brand assets, copy, catalog photography, and other business materials. Purchasing a physical commission does not transfer those pre-existing rights. Nothing here limits a customer's lawful personal use of photographs of the finished piece.
Availability
Commission capacity is limited and may change with confirmed orders, materials, artist availability, and safe production capacity. We may close ordering, decline a commission, or stop offering a product, but we will not apply a capacity change retroactively to avoid an accepted order. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, the customer receives the seller-cancellation remedy in the Refund Policy.
Disclaimers And Limits Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted website access and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages that applicable law permits us to exclude. Handmade-variation disclosures do not permit us to deliver materially nonconforming goods.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury or property damage caused by a product defect, obligations under the written warranty, or any liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so an exclusion applies only to the extent lawful.
Governing Law And Disputes
These Terms and each accepted commission are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that this choice does not deprive a consumer of nonwaivable protections of the law of the consumer's state of residence.
Either party may send written notice and request 30 days of good-faith informal resolution. This process is voluntary and does not suspend or shorten any legal, warranty, privacy, regulator, small-claims, emergency-relief, or payment-card deadline. Subject to mandatory law, Delaware state and federal courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, and a consumer may also proceed in any other court applicable law permits.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver. Nothing here restricts small-claims proceedings, emergency injunctive relief, payment-card disputes, or complaints to a regulator.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. The date above identifies the current version. A material change will be presented clearly where required, but will not rewrite the commercial policy version already accepted for an existing order unless the customer expressly agrees or applicable law requires the change.
